Are you a professional in a comfort zone, looking to find a more rewarding and challenging career - not just another job?
Want to find the ideal opportunity for you?
The uCentric programme has been designed to really understand you and where you are on your career path. We have crafted the uCentric programme to give specific insight that will help you to understand yourself and help us to support you throughout your career.
If you are accepted on to the uCentric programme, you will be allocated a dedicated consultant at IDEX who will guide you through the process. Members of the uCentric programme can gain access to over £1,500 worth of resources, including personal skills and competency development workshops, webinars, a library of resources and industry events.
We work with many of the world’s leading companies and only recommend our best candidates to them. By really getting to know our candidates through the uCentric programme, we are able to find the perfect match for our prestigious employers.
How does it work?
Applicants participate in a career analysis: which enables IDEX to match you with career options that align with your goals, personality and professional experience.
The uCentric programme covers three ‘pillars’ of career development:
-
Your relationship skills. Building strong relationships with colleagues and customers, and networking effectively, is vital to developing strong careers in General Insurance and Financial Services.
-
Your intellectual skills. We perform a detailed analysis of your skills and qualifications to ensure we only match you to roles which complement your abilities.
-
Your drive. Once we have determined your current position and aspirations, we work with you to create a detailed career map and lifestyle plan which we will jointly review over the years. Through an in-depth career consultation and psychometric evaluations, we get to know you personally and find out what’s important to you to match you with a company with aligned values.
You may need to develop additional skills and further technical expertise in one, two or all of these areas to achieve your goals. Our detailed assessment phase will determine which of these areas you may need to work on. Our career mentors can help you to identify training or coaching which will help you to develop the areas you feel less confident in: enabling you to fulfil your potential.
