Insurance Advisor – North London

Salary: £16 - £19,000 plus bonus (negotiable depending on experience)


A well established, independent insurance broker in North London is seeking an Insurance Advisor to join its rapidly expanding team.

The company provides a wide range of Personal Lines and Commercial products, but this role is predominantly dealing with Personal Insurances. The organisation takes pride in the personal service it offers to customers and the high level of customer service it upholds at all times. They also like to promote internally so this role could lead to exposure to commercial products in the future.

The Insurance Advisor will be involved in a variety of duties including New Business Quotations, Mid Term Adjustments, Claims & Renewals. The successful applicant will deal with general queries from customers, ensure all renewals are invited within an acceptable time frame and are chased, that targets are met and all cross selling opportunities maximised. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm.

Our client wishes to attract loyal, hardworking and career minded individuals who have experience in Personal Lines Insurance. Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner and be educated to Grade C GCSE standard in English and Maths (or equivalent).
