With over 23 years’ senior level recruitment experience within the Financial Services markets, Iain has become the first-choice partner for clients and candidates across the Pensions, Investment & Actuarial markets. Having built the Actuarial and Investment practices for 2 significant players in the FS Recruitment industry, Iain joined IDEX in September 2021 with a remit to further develop and grow the Financial Services business.

Candid, professional, and very well-connected, Iain is renowned for building high-performing teams of professional and industry-respected recruitment professionals that add significant value to their clients and that helps progress the careers of their candidates.

Married with 2 kids, he is potentially too passionate about most sports, loves cooking, and fine wine. That said, he’s equally happy with a pint and a handful of pork scratchings!
