Are you an experienced Corporate Client Executive looking to step into leadership, or an established leader ready to shape and grow a high-performing team?
We're working with a global, forward-thinking insurance broker that is investing heavily in its Bristol operation. Following significant investment and a fresh strategic direction, they're looking to appoint a Client Executive Leader to play a key role in rebuilding and growing their corporate & commercial division.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll balance managing a portfolio of key corporate clients with developing and mentoring a growing team of Client Executives.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Client Executives, with plans to expand the team over the coming years
- Managing a select portfolio of high-value corporate clients, delivering strategic advice and exceptional service
- Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, focusing on risk management, business continuity and long-term partnership rather than purely transactional insurance discussions
- Supporting the growth of the business by attracting and developing top talent
- Contributing to the wider strategy and continued success of the Bristol office
About You
We're keen to speak with individuals who have a strong background in the corporate insurance market and are passionate about delivering strategic client solutions.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing large or complex corporate insurance clients
- Previous leadership experience, or be a Senior Client Executive ready to take the next step into management
- A consultative approach with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
- Diploma qualification (or working towards it) would be advantageous
- Experience gained within either a national, global or independent insurance Broker
