Job description
Our AM100 client is looking to add a mid-level associate (3-6 years) to its Investment & Capital team.
This is a strong opportunity to work closely with private equity clients on the structuring and execution of complex investments, particularly across real estate and private credit. The role offers a strong mix of hands-on responsibility and exposure to sophisticated deal work, including joint ventures and pooled investment vehicles.
You'll suit this role if you have a background in general corporate or transactional work and are looking to move into a more specialized, client-facing practice focused on investment structuring. Experience with funds, real estate, or sponsor-side work is beneficial, but not essential.
The team is growing intentionally and offers a entrepreneurial environment, high-quality work, and non tedious scope for progression.
Compensation: $250,000 to $350,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and full benefits package.
