Job description
A leading national law firm is seeking a Renewable Energy Tax Credit Associate with 4-6 years of experience.
The Role
You'll work primarily within the firm's Energy & Natural Resources team, advising developers on renewable energy tax credits and real estate incentives, drafting and negotiating tax credit transfer agreements, and handling financings and M&A in the renewable energy sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on very relevant and timely energy transactions.
Location
Fully flexible, the firm has multiple offices across the US and operates a remote office model, so candidates in any location will be considered.
What They're Looking For
- 4-6 years of renewable energy tax credit experience
- Exposure to tax credit transfer agreements, project finance, and energy M&A
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Compensation
- $240,000 - $265,000
- Plus Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus
