Account Executive

Job description

This newly created Account Executive position in the North East of Scotland will suit if you are an established or up and coming Executive who wants an existing book of business to service plus leads supplied.

It's an independent brokerage, and crucially, one who have their own long term organic succession plan in place.
For you, that means a clear road ahead with no cultural changes on the horizon.

Here you'll inherit around £700k - £1.2m in GWP across the agricultural and commercial markets and importantly, these clients will be handed across from the MD who is remaining in the business.

Great client introductions and crucial insight on the servicing nuances will be provided for you meaning you can hit the ground running straight away.

Your new business will come from a mix of referrals and from the inhouse pipeline management team and naturally, if you have a plan to develop some of your own clientele then this will be encouraged also.

Support comes from local claims, administration and broking teams and the independent culture means no unnecessary compliance, process or admin.

It's a home-based role where you'll enjoy all the flexibility that offers.

Package here includes a salary of up to £50,000, car allowance and bonus structure where you can achieve up to £20,000 per annum.
