A national Insurer are on the lookout for a Specialist New Business Developer to join their high net worth team.

The role

As a New Business Developer, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of new business in the immediate area, working closely with the branch network. Identifying bespoke, new leads via phone and referrals, through networking events and by shaping and managing your own marketing campaigns, you'll develop productive business relationships with key stakeholders, to achieve your sales targets.

Working closely with the Private Clients Sales Manager, you'll also be instrumental in shaping an exciting new direct sales channel.

The salary

For all your hard work you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £40,000 with an attractive bonus structure. My client also offers great employee benefits including flexible working and company car allowance.

You're an insurance professional working with private clients, with an in-depth understanding of the high net worth market and significant experience in the industry. Energetic and enthusiastic, resilient and tenacious, you're passionate not pushy when it comes to selling and build strong, long-term relationships with your clients.
