Calling Managers of central admin teams - if you're in financial services, you have strong leadership skills and you're looking for a fabulous new role, this one's for you!


The role:
Managing a team of 12 central support colleagues you will cultivate a culture of high-level performance across the board, monitoring performance on an ongoing basis as well as conducting annual performance reviews with your team. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement throughout each financial year in addition to monitoring workloads daily and weekly to ensure there is an even distribution across all colleagues and that SLA's are being adhered to. You will of course be a point of escalation for more complex queries/concerns and will be responsible for all recruitment into the team. This really is a great opportunity for a skilled manager to take on a larger team to utilise all your skills.


Skills/experience:

  • Ideally some experience of the financial services sector
  • Ability to manage multiple employee with varying skill sets
  • A leader and motivator
  • Experience of managing SLA's
  • Able to forge strong and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
