Wealth Management Administration Manager
£30,000 to £40,000 plus corporate benefits

My client are an award winning wealth management practice who work on a national basis providing advice to high net worth individuals. The firm has been through dramatic change in the past few years and expanded rapidly and is now looking for an Administration Manager to support a team in the West Yorkshire office.

The role will see you managing a team of administrators in day to day administration making sure the team are focused and accurate. You will also mentor and coach them through administration processes and assist with career development plans and staff appraisals. You will also need to assist in campaign and marketing activities as required and provide MI information as required to the Senior Management team.

Requirements for the role are that you have passed experience managing a team of individuals successfully and ideally from a wealth management background and have strong administration experience.
