IDEX Consulting have been exclusively retained by a top-tier global business to lead the search for Associate EB Consultants across the South West or Midlands regions.


You will be joining a market leading consultancy practice; helping to support their ambitious and strategic objectives by providing holistic benefits management consultancy to large corporate businesses across the UK, advising across areas such as PMI, health and well-being, group protection, life assurance and critical illness cover.


This is an exceptional opportunity to join a firm who are delivering double-digit YoY growth, by helping their clients to unleash the potential of EB consultancy.


These opportunities would be best suited to an ambitious, commercially-focused and technically astute Associate, who's looking to transition their careers into large corporate benefits management consultancy.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of key health and/or group risk corporate clients
  • Lead complex client engagements; managing overall service delivery, strategy, scheme design, bench-marking, business placement and renewal
  • Provide holistic benefits management consultancy to unearth the opportunity to consult with existing on new projects
  • Work collaboratively and cross0functionally to achieve strategic objectives
  • Assist the new business teams to facilitate new client on-boarding and project delivery
  • Establish effective vendor relationships
