I am working with an award-winning pensions and investment business who is currently looking for a Employee Benefits Associate Consultant to join their team in Sheffield. The role is new to the business due to expansion!

The successful candidate will provide a professional service providing research and reports to clients covering all aspects of their group scheme arrangements. This is a client-facing opportunity and provides a full training programme over two years to become an Employee Benefits Consultant.

The role encompasses aspects of new business as well as account management and retention. Within the role you will be responsible for ensuring all research and reports are written within the compliance guidelines of the FCA as well as supporting the Employee Benefits Consultants with meetings and preparation. You will work with the Administrator to assess the requirements of the individuals to obtain data for renewal process. As a face of the business you will be expected to build rapport with clients and assist in maintaining client relationships as well as communicating with providers in a timely and respectful manner.

Systems knowledge is advantageous therefore previous use of Adviser Office and Hindsight are preferable as well as using Microsoft Exchange, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The successful candidate will benefit from a basic salary of up to £30,000 as well as a full training programme, flexible benefits package, free parking and working within a social-able and friendly team.
