Job Description

We have an exciting Branch Management role that has arisen in the General Insurance sector based in Birmingham. Ideally you will have impressive leadership qualities, be able to engage people on all levels, have a strong background and in depth knowledge of the insurance market.

You will lead, develop and motivate a competent team who are capable of achieving high performance targets. You will build and maintain effective relationships whilst demonstrating great sales and people management expertise in a target based environment and to also show fantastic operational and people management skills.

This will be a highly varied role where no one day will be the same and you will face a lot of different challenges to overcome.
