Our client is one of the UK's leading, national financial planning practises with a large employee benefits arm of the business. They are a growing, forward-thinking team of people who have passion for what they do.

The Role

Our client are looking for a Brand Business Partner to protect the business brand and ensure the effective promotion of their services using the full marketing mix. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Leicester/Newmarket. It is a new role as the client grow their busy marketing team to keep pace with the growth of the business. This role is perfect for you if you have a desire to make the brand the very best it can be.


  • Ensure that the client's products, services and company information are presented as a leader in their field
  • Develop close working relationships with all functions of the company including
    sales, investments, people, compliance, IT and finance
  • Ensure that external partners such as design agencies etc. understand and respect our brand guidelines at every touch point
  • Promote the client at its very best at all times

To be successful you will need

  • You will have experience in a similar position
  • A degree (or equivalent) in a marketing discipline
  • You are committed to delivering outstanding brand support to the business
  • You are organised and can prioritise your own workload
  • You enjoy networking and supporting colleagues across the country
  • Working under pressure occasionally is not a problem and you have experience of working in a busy marketing department
  • You are able to communicate at all levels in a clear, concise and professional manner to inspire others to support the brand
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • You have good presentation skills
  • Your planning skills mean that projects are managed effectively
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically; Word, PowerPoint and Excel
