You'll have a passion for putting the client first and our client has a well-designed and developed proposition to help you deliver just that. Whether it's aligning a service to assist with protecting their workforce against illness, redesigning their pension package to aid talent retention, or supporting on a complex health and well-being strategy; our client offers the full life cycle and moreover they've been trusted by global organisations for decades to deliver just that. They are experts in their field and they're looking for someone who shares their client-centric philosophy.


Make no mistake this will be a challenging role for even the most affluent Business Developers within this field, but their rewarding benefits package for delivery of target should help to ensure the test is worthwhile.


What you would be doing:

  • Using your network to source leads and increase the opportunity for cross-refer
  • Meeting with HR and senior-level contacts to understand challenges and identify wants and needs
  • Consult with SME and corporate sized prospects on full life cycle employee benefits management (group pensions, group risk (life, protection, critical illness), group PMI and flexible benefits)
  • Present your findings and work with Insurers to deliver cost-effective plans around scheme design, governance and communication strategies
  • Build strong relationships both internally within the business and externally across your network
