Having seized the initiative during a period of significant regulatory change, they have enjoyed consistent growth during the last seven years and are on course to grow another 30% through 2019.


You:
Are currently working for a Major UK/Global Broker, you are fantastic at your role, your passion for clients is well respected amongst your peers, you win new business through a consultative solutions led approach - but you are getting tired of the same vanilla approach to managing your clients risks.
Ultimately you feel the status quo in the broking world needs to be challenged, but you cannot see the point of moving to another well known broking logo, as ultimately you feel it will be the same. And of course it will.


The opportunity:
Using your proven ability to develop new leads and win new clients, you will work with your client development team to continually develop the sales strategy, ensuring that you are provided with relevant qualified leads.
As the face of the business to these new clients, your energy, enthusiasm and passion for insurance will help you to educate clients on why their traditional approach to insurance needs to change. You will inform, enlighten and impress clients with the solutions your business provides - you will be an innovative disrupter who will dramatically improve the insurance profession.
