Business Quality Checker / File Checker

Job description

We are working with a financial planning firm with offices across Bath, Cheltenham, Mansfield and Chelmsford looking for a Business Quality Checker.

Although this is a remote based role there will be an element of travel required to one of the offices at least once month/quarter for team meetings so ideally you will be within a commutable distance to one of the above locations.

Your role is to undertake file reviews and act as a quality filter for all files submitted, in conjunction with the Business Quality Team, to ensure that the advice provided meets business and regulatory requirements. To help manage a pre-approval process for High Risk advice areas such as Drawdown, EIS, VCTs and BPR solutions, and assist with the management of complaint investigations and outcomes.

The ideal applicant will hold their level 4 diploma, and have worked within a similar role!
