The Business School Manager will be responsible for the creation, running and on-going development of the Business School ensuring it delivers a modern approach to developing the skill-set and mindset of our people to support the growth of the business. Reporting to the Head of Talent and Development this role will build the Business School curriculum's across a broad range of subject areas. The role will also engage with, manage and support a range of L&D initiatives, development programmes, and relationships across the business. You will also be working closely with Senior Managers and HR Business Partners to identify learning and development needs within different functions with a particular focus on ensuring return on investment.
