We are looking for a first class Candidate Manager to play a key part in the ongoing growth & success of the Insurance division, based in the City of London. The role will report to the Regional Manager/Director, working within the General Insurance sector, where you will benefit from their guidance, training and experience.



JOB PURPOSE:

* You will deliver on the candidate sourcing strategy to ensure a continuous candidate pipeline, in line with quality standards and clients expectations.

* Providing a high level of service to all candidates, either over the phone, face-to-face or via e-mail.
* Support the Insurance team in the identification and management of key candidates, working with consultants from initial contact through to placement of the candidate in the right role.
* With the determination to succeed, you will support the Consultants by understanding what type of profile is required for a role, before recommending active / passive candidates or identifying and approaching new talent.





MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

* Identifying high calibre professionals through head hunting, networking, referral seeking, using online business tools such as LinkedIn and our existing database
* Screening and assessment of candidates - referencing both placed candidates and candidates that have been met
* Keeping in touch with all the candidates that have been met by the team and regularly nurturing and discussing career options
* Taking ownership of the Insurance Division 'candidate’ list and tracking individuals on their career changes
* Candidate care - Getting back to candidates on roles and giving them updates when needed
* Keeping in touch with candidates who have interviewed for us and candidates we have placed
* Unearthing business leads and market information pertaining to clients we work with or are keen to work with
* Managing the candidate’s data file on the Bullhorn system – ensuring that candidate contact details, data and CV’s are up-to-date – through both face-to-face or telephone contact
* Managing and nurturing passive candidates through emails and LinkedIn (Recruiter) messages, responding where appropriate and updating as required
* Following up leads/intel in order to assist the Regional Manager/Director and his/her team in developing new business and converting opportunities and leads/referrals
* Strict time management and the ability to prioritise are both key attributes to ensure that you are able to deliver on assignments and tasks
* Headhunting candidates on a regular basis in order to maximise the efficiency of the database

You should ideally have experience within Recruitment, though individuals with experience in sales and a drive to progress your career would also be considered.
