A well established Lloyd's Broker is seeking a Claims and Broker Support Technician.
They will agree a personal development plan which will include all IT training and they will train you in Lloyd's practices and support technical insurance training (if required).


Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and submitting to Lloyd's and London market companies
  • Processing on the ECF system - Broker CLASS and IMR
  • Preparing Lloyd's and company documentation (slips/MRC's, risk presentations, renewal invitations, invoices, cover notes, policy documents)
  • Account handling for renewals and MTA's
  • Producing management reports


Experience and skills required:

  • ECF and claims processing/handling experience
  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ideally experience of using the Acturis broking software
  • Good communication skills
  • A customer focused attitude
