Getting into commercial insurance claims can be difficult. There are plenty of insurers and brokers that can offer specialist Claims Handler roles, general commercial is much less frequent. A national broker is on the lookout for an additional Claims Handler to join their team due to growth.

Based in the heart of Bristol City Centre, this opportunity is perfectly suited to someone who enjoys the hustle and bustle of working centrally along with utilising the amenities on your doorstep.

The role

Managing an allocated workload of claims, these may include Liability, Commercial Property, Motor & Fleet Claims, you will work closely with a varied portfolio of clients to ensure they understand the claim process and advise on an action plan for their claim.

Maintaining relationships with clients is something that you're familiar with, building lasting relationships ensuring that all issues are resolved.

With a national presence in the commercial space, their client's needs are paramount. They specialise in looking after existing clients and attracting new clients to the business through proactive and consultative advice.


While exposure to commercial claims would be beneficial, they would happily consider people with a background in home, travel or motor claims. Technical training and support will be provided to get you up to speed with commercial products.
