A leading wealth management brand with a growing pensions and benefits team, are searching for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their growing team in Cambridge. Working in an office-based capacity primarily, you'll be tasked with ensuring proficient service delivery to SME, midmarket and corporate-sized clients across the region, tackling group pensions, group risk and healthcare schemes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Undertake client reviews to assess and understand needs and wants
  • Develop effective working relationships with clients; managing the re-broking process and going to market to provide best-fit services
  • Technically assess group risk, group personal pensions and healthcare schemes
  • Work closely with the consultancy teams to assist with meeting preparation, collating and analysing data and client support
  • Prepare renewal reports for consultant sign-off
  • Handle all client enquiries, delivering to agreed SLA's

What we're searching for:

  • Technical exposure within employee benefits including pensions, group risk and healthcare - ideally working towards relevant Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications
  • Experience of client renewals process and supporting small, medium and large clients to broker and re-broker new services
  • Highly effective time-management and prioritisation skills
  • Interest in pursuing a career within employee benefits
