We are looking for a Client Services' Administrator to join our national independent firm providing financial and professional services practice proving support to, two Partners in their Bristol office.

Full financial planning, including the reassurance that retirement arrangements and financial provision for clients and their family have been taken care of, are key to ensuring that they are making their income and capital work for them in the most effective way. We offer a variety of bespoke financial planning services, ranging from basic to complex financial reviews and advice in connection with providing for retirement, extracting retirement income, tax and investment planning.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing of new business cases
  • Investment work including placing deals online or by telephone
  • Complex case work and problem solving
  • Ongoing servicing work for existing clients
  • Production of client valuations for our key advisory portfolio service
  • Updating of Advisor Office database
  • Processing of group scheme renewals
  • Ensuring work meets file and compliance procedures
  • Answering client queries and building a rapport with your allocated clients
  • Dealing with complex client requests
  • Dealing with clients by telephone, e-mail and in writing
  • Dealing with client requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Referring to Consultants, Associate Director/Director where appropriate

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong academic history
  • Relevant professional qualifications an advantage, although not essential
  • Previous financial services administration experience is essential for this role
  • Must be able to use initiative
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience of letter writing
  • Good time management and organisational skills
