Opportunity for a client focused Operations Manager to join regional firm in their Birmingham office. Looking after the three client support teams in the different locations as well as having 4 direct reports.

You will need to have experience in:-

  • Interface with technical, compliance, finance and IFAs
  • In charge of the management of client services - includes new business submissions, completions, valuation management, client servicing management
  • Experience using Intelligent Office
  • Financial services background only
  • Great customer ethic

With this you will benefit from a firm who is set to double in the next 3 years so the role could grow into a CF30 Director in that time. The company offer excellent company benefits with a salary of up to £45k.
