We are searching for an experienced Client Service Manager within the financial services sector who takes pride in delivering a first-class client experience, reviewing processes to deliver efficiencies and supporting the consultancy team to help manage administration, market reviews and reports.

Based in Bath and working for a fast-growing national wealth management practice, the Client Service Manager will assume responsibility of a team of Client Service Executives and Report Writers, managing, coaching and developing the team to maximise their contribution to business objectives. The successful applicant will take accountability for developing and maintaining the relationships between consultancy and client service teams to ensure a seamless client service is delivered, with the aim of building on their strong client relationships. Experience of workflow analysis and process improvement is therefore key to ensuring the business identify, analyse and improve on the client journey.

Working closely with a platform provider, the successful applicant will be responsible for designing and implementing the employee benefits platform process. This will include engaging with new and existing clients to define the scope of our platform requirements, in order to help simplify their understanding of the platform and technology.

What we're searching for:

  • Credible experience of developing and leading administration teams within the financial services sector
  • Knowledge of the pension, health, risk and wellbeing marketplace and the products and services
  • Experience of platform project management, integration and implementation
  • Understanding of end-to-end client journeys and life-cycles, with the ability to analyse work-flows to ensure seamless client delivery standards
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with both internal colleagues and external clients
  • Able to analyse and prioritise situations from an operational perspective, assessing the impact on business operations and mitigating risks
