Do you enjoy reviewing and improving internal claims processes and attending client meetings face to face? Do you have experience leading successful teams?

We are exciting to be recruiting on behalf of one of the highest regarded Brokers in the East Midlands who have huge expansion plans.

Due to growth, they are looking to appoint a Claims Manager to lead and motivate a small team of Claims Handlers to drive the business forward.

Based in the Wellingborough office in Northamptonshire, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients, including attending client meetings with Directors, Account Executives and Handlers. You will be the technical excellence referral point across the business and be a very important member of senior management.

As a senior Claims Manager you will be offered a competitive salary of up to £35,000 including an array of company benefits. As the business continues to grow you will have opportunities to build your team even further.

What do you need to have to be successful?

To be considered you should be a professional and passionate insurance professional who has a solid background in managing teams and handling commercial claims from cradle to grave. As a Claims Manager you should hold some experience in coaching and development.

Experience within motor fleet and liability claims would be an advantage.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking for a long term role, working for an independently owned Broker who have big plans to expand in the next 5 years.
