£65,000+

IDEX Consulting is partnered with a West-End firm who are looking to expand their commercial property offering with the hire of a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer. The firm are looking to bring in a senior associate specialising in commercial property to mentor two more Junior Commercial Property Lawyers, as well as bringing in their own business, working with clients and delegating work to the more Junior Lawyers. The role includes a wide range of business development activity, and will require full case-management, from client development to close.
The firm's lawyers represent a range of parties within commercial property transactions, including investors, pension funds, banks, developers and other occupiers. Acting for both landlords and tenants on a variety of matters means that the firm's clients have benefit from a range of knowledge and experience of the potential issues which may arise from commercial property transactions.
The ideal candidate will have significant commercial property experience, gained at a City, West-End or regional firm. Excellent academics are a must, and experience of mentoring associates and business development would be highly beneficial.
