Our client is one of the UK's leading, national financial planning practises with a large employee benefits arm of business. They are a growing, forward-thinking team of people who have passion for what they do.

My client is looking for a Communications Partner to work within the marketing team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Leicester/Newmarket. In this role, you will be responsible for projects which involve delivering powerful messaging to their group-wide employees, managing their external facing newsletters, creating inspiring content for both offline and online delivery and organising their award entries to ensure they continue to be recognised as a leader in their space. Raising the profile and engagement of the executive team will be a priority, as well as working closely with the PR, digital and people teams to ensure consistency of messaging.


  • Writing and creating powerful marketing and digital content that has impact and delivers results
  • Planning, managing and developing content marketing that drives sales and increases industry awareness
  • Managing the development and delivery of internal communications through email and the intranet newsfeed to increase employee engagement and awareness
  • Change communications and key stakeholder engagement
  • Creating and editing content for newsletters
  • Managing and developing processes to monitor and improve communications activity, reporting and analysis

To be successful you will need

  • A relevant degree (or equivalent)
  • Have experience in a similar position
  • Experience of developing content plans and implementing communications strategies in a similar environment
  • Experience in a mixture of executive, internal and external communications
  • Experience in rapid response communications
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A background in delivering effective, integrated communications across a range of channels
