An independent client centric firm in Bromsgrove is seeking a Compliance Administrator.

The Company

My client is a financial planning and wealth management firm based in Bromsgrove, providing a tailored service that is independent and transparent.


They are looking for a Compliance Assistant to provide support to the T&C Executive with the IFA recruitment process, ensuring that all regulatory and internal requirements are satisfactorily adhered to in a timely manner.


  • Assisting where necessary with the communications to recruitment candidates and business development on a regular basis
  • Ensuring that all necessary records are updated to reflect current recruitment status
  • To assist in the collation of T&C MI as instructed
  • Collating regulated induction packs for staff and Advisers and updating the relevant records
  • To administer annual and on-going fit and proper checks for IFAs and other regulated staff: Personal account dealing, gifts and inducements, credit checks, assets and liabilities updates

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, approachability and professionalism
  • A good standard of written, numerical and IT skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience within financial services industry is preferable
