You will be responsible for the day to day leadership and management of the flex consulting division, in addition to developing and implementing the team strategy. To be successful in the role, you must have the ability to develop and take ownership for the team to ensure high quality consulting output whilst maintaining a high quality of customer service.


Day to day you'll have line management responsibility for the team of Consultants. Your remit will include recruitment, training, development, communication and portfolio allocations. You will be expected to drive additional revenue to the business as a result of consulting recommendations. Its important you have the ability to work closely with other internal departments.

Ideally, you will have all, if not some of the following:

  • Experience within the online flexible benefits sector is essential
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team of consultants delivering complex software implementations
  • Oversight of multiple concurrent and complex engagements across the range of customers in different industries
  • Able to prioritise and manage competing demands within a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
