An established independently owned Chartered Financial Planning practice are currently looking for a Corporate Pension Administrator to join their team primarily working on group pensions, with some group risk and private medical administration. The vacancy has been released due to staff progression.
The individual will be responsible for a bank of clients contacting the employer to deal with administration including joiners, various member queries and dealing with contributions. They will attend client meetings where relevant to maintain a superior customer service. The Administrator will also be required to contact key stakeholders in the business speaking to providers and advisers making sure the best service is being provided to the client.
