Corporate Administrator, Leicester, Up to £26,000 Depending on Qualifications and Application of Knowledge
The role is suitable for an experienced Adviser Support Administrator with at least 2 years experience in the Financial Services industry while preferably holding or studying for appropriate qualifications i.e CF1-3; FA1-3 or equivalent.

Main Purpose of the Job:
To complete day to day administration of Occupational Pensions and Associated Benefit Schemes, providing a high standard of service to a wide client base, at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all necessary action from incoming mail and telephone calls relating to Occupational Pensions and Associated Benefit Schemes efficiently and accurately.
- Request and check Insurance Company quotations in respect of new members, increments, leavers, transfer values, CPA's, rebroking and retirements.
- Providing a high standard of service to all parties, at all times.
- Prepare Transfer Analysis and Real Charge illustrations, promptly and accurately.
- Produce annual costings, incoming and outgoing, efficiently and accurately, according to the Company timescales.
- Prepare investment statistics and fund valuations, as requested.
- Check documents sent by both clients and life offices to reduce errors.
- Maintain the proposal book, promptly, at all times.
- Operate a diary system which is effective and aids communication.
- Maintain and update the computer system in respect of all Pensions, accurately and efficiently.

- Prepare standard letters and urgent correspondence, schedules and graphs, accurately and promptly, as required.
- Complete all scanning, daily, maintaining accurate and up to date systems.
- Ensure compliance rules are followed, at all times. Attend and prepare for Trustees Meetings (agenda, valuations, minutes, Trustee Reports etc.)

A basic salary is on offer around £26,000 plus benefits and bonus dependent upon the individual and application of knowledge.
