To join a leading bank as Team Leader / Unit Head of Manufacturing.

You will lead a team of 11, consisting of; Senior Relationship Managers (SRM's) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM's) to drive and deliver increase in market share, volumes and profits across the Manufacturing portfolio.

The past 3.5 yrs has seen significant portfolio growth and so looking for a senior banking professional who can implement fresh approach and ideas and an increased level of sophistication to continue the upward trajectory of this business area.

You will have an existing knowledge and client base within this space across the UAE and demonstrate the experience necessary to lead this team.

You:

• Degree educated as a minimum.
• In-depth exposure to the Manufacturing segment within the UAE. Exceptional client knowledge.
• Highly polished and solid communicator to senior internal and external stakeholders.
