Are you currently working within corporate benefits and looking for a new challenge withing a financial planning environment?

My client are currently looking to hire a Group Pensions Administrator to be based in their head office in West Yorkshire.

An established independently owned chartered financial planning practice are currently looking for a Corporate Pension Administrator to join their team primarily working on group pensions, with some group risk and private medical administration.

The individual will be responsible for a bank of clients contacting the employer to deal with administration including joiners, various member queries and dealing with contributions. They will attend client meetings where relevant to maintain a superior customer service. The Administrator will also be required to contact key stakeholders in the business speaking to providers and Advisers making sure the best service is being provided to the client.

The successful candidate has the opportunity for a strong career path as the business promote studying qualifications and provide options into corporate or private client work depending on the aspirations of the individuals.


  • Previously worked in a Corporate Administration background within the financial services industry
  • Group personal pension, auto-enrolment and salary exchange administration experience
  • Communication and IT skills


  • Experience working with Group Risk and PMI
