Our client are a leading brand within the financial services marketplace with offices nationally.

They currently seek a Manager to oversee the complaints team in their offices in Solihull and manage a team of 3 to manage the resolution of multiple complaint cases efficiently. You will be responsible for the control and development of people and processes and interact with customers and third parties to resolve complaints.
