My client has over 20 years’ experience offering high quality and personal service.
They are looking to appoint a Customer Service Adviser to provide a telephone based support service for the proactive management and support the delivery of the company proposition.

The Role

* Provide first call telephone response service for the business ensuring incoming calls are answered within required service levels
* Take ownership and manage queries raised from start to end
* Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders within required service level
* To undertake any additional adhoc duties when necessary in order to support the business in achieving its overall objectives

The Person

* Mortgage or financial services experience
* Ideally telephone experience answering and dealing with queries
* Customer service background
