If you're an experienced Customer Service Manager who possesses the ability and skills necessary to lead the activities of a team, then this could be the role for you.

We are working with a fast-growing employee benefits intermediary in Manchester, who are searching for an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee their experienced team of Employee Benefits Service Advisors. Your role would be to uphold the highest standards of service to a range of corporate and commercial employee benefits clients; overseeing your own portfolio whilst promoting best practice within the team and identifying improvements to existing internal processes.

To be considered, you will be able to reference experience of managing and leading customer service teams within the employee benefits marketplace, with a strong level of technical exposure within workplace pensions, group risk and healthcare insurance.

You will benefit from a highly competitive salary up to c. £40K, alongside a market-leading benefits package.
