The Company
Our client is a rapidly growing brokerage which is run by client facing, development orientated Directors, an ideal environment for a budding Development Executive to learn from the best.


The Role
The purpose of the role is to win new clients, simple.
This client appreciates that for their team to be successful, they need to arm their client facing people with the right tools for success and as such they provide high quality leads, an infrastructure of first class colleagues who will help you win pitches be that more senior Directors being involved, claims or risk consultants through to savvy Brokers to get the deal you need to win the client over.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a flair for client development and an interest in new business and sales. You will either have worked in a similar role, or as an Account Handler/Executive within commercial lines broking and have a passion for being in a sales focused role.
