We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join a leading financial services company based in Bath, who offer a range of solutions to their private and corporate clients, including wealth management and employee benefits.
As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be tasked to actively manage a portfolio of clients, providing excellent client service and spotting further opportunities through understanding your client's needs. Working collaboratively, you will be responsible in proactively growing, managing and retaining clients, by developing new business opportunities and generating new relationships and opportunities from a variety of sources. The role will have a focus on retaining and growing the existing base of SME and mid-sized clients, by cross and upselling across the portfolio of risk, pensions or healthcare benefits, whilst closing new business opportunities from internal and external leads.
Responsibilities
If successful, our client offers an impressive starting package including a competitive basic salary of up to £60,000 alongside bonuses and benefits (pension, life assurance, income protection, PMI and a range of flexible benefits options).
