IDEX Consulting are leading the search for an Employee Benefits Leader in the South to join a chartered Broker with UK and International capabilities.

As a player-Manager, you will be responsible for taking control of an existing portfolio of corporate clients; tasked with driving growth from within existing and new logo clients, whilst taking the lead amongst a highly-experienced consultancy team of holistic Employee Benefits Consultants.

Leading from the front, you will be a great client advocate with the ability and track record of leading experienced consultancy teams to common objectives and developing these individuals to release their true potential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Clients; you will take ownership of your own portfolio of existing corporate clients, delivering an exceptional service and contributing to the annual growth objectives
  • People; you will take responsibility for a highlyeffective and growing team of Consultants, tasked with growing and broadening experience and driving engagement to motivate and drive performance
  • Growth; the ultimate output of the first two core areas is successful and sustainable growth, which you will drive by leading from the front and broadening expertise through consulting, sales, technical development and mentoring
  • Collaboration; leverage your expertise to collaborate with other business areas and expand relationships for new business opportunities

What's on offer

On offer is a salary of up to c. £80,000 + car, bonus, pension, health.
You will be in a prominent position both within the business and the market in what is a highly coveted role.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have a natural flair for client relationships and development as well as a passion for leading and developing people; ideally gained from within an intermediary.
