National financial advisory firm are seeking a New Business Manager in Birmingham City Centre to look after a team of 10 for an initial 12 month contract to cover maternity leave.

Your main responsibility will be:-

* Provide strong leadership to the team in order to maintain their market leading service
* To ensure strict adherence to risk planning and mitigation in line with the companies policies and FCA guidelines
* To ensure high quality management information is available across the business

If successful you would be rewarded with:-

* Salary of £30,000

* On completion of 12 month's FTC prospects to move into permanent role

For this role it is essential you have:-

* Good working knowledge of pensions legislation
* Pensions Management Institute qualifications, Certificate in Financial Administration (FA2 in particular) and / or advanced qualification such as G60 / or willingness to study for same
* Good standard of education including Maths and English
