A leading insurance, risk management and consulting provider who specialise in providing employee benefits to SME and corporate clients are keen to appoint an experienced Group Pensions Administrator within their client support team. Based out of their central Birmingham office, you will be responsible for delivering a proficient and effective service to both Consultants and clients with group personal pension and group stakeholder schemes across a defined portfolio.


  • Develop internal and external client relationships to assist in providing an efficient service to clients with group personal pension and stakeholder schemes
  • Assist with client requests, queries and dealing with routine correspondence and annual review notifications
  • Working individually and as part of a team to meet and exceed internal and external client expectations
  • Establish and maintain client governance reports
  • Processing new business applications within service and compliance standards
  • General administration duties including: ensuring all forms of post are dealt with accurately and efficiently, handling telephone communication and working to specific deadlines and service levels to ensure work is completed accurately and to a high standard
  • Assist with identifying where client profitability could be improved or new business opportunities for consultants to follow-up
  • Notification and organisation of documentation dispatched by providers following leavers/fund switches
  • Full task and diary management - both personal and client requests
  • Ensure all records are kept up-to-date reflecting current scheme/client information and a history of correspondence is evident for each task carried out

Ideal candidate would have exposure of supporting SME and corporate-sized clients, a good understanding of group personal pensions, an understanding of auto-enrolment and have a history of working within an administration capacity.
