Are you within commutable distance of London (flexible working) and have experience within employee benefits (Broker or Insurer) with a passion for driving business growth through targeted marketing activity?

Partnered with a National Insurance Broker, who have been making waves with their national expansion, in their search for a Growth Marketing Executive. The purpose of the role is to plan, implement, manage and monitor marketing campaigns for the purpose of customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell and up-sell, with a focus on driving the firms organic growth, with your main stakeholder being in employee benefits - therefore its key you have experience working within this field!

What you'll be doing day to day:

  • Work in partnership with your stakeholders within the employee benefits and risk management and claims department (70/30) to understand their requirements and challenges and devise a comprehensive marketing strategy to help drive their organic growth
  • Fully map the customer journey, and plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives, utilising a variety of marketing channels
  • Identify and implement new marketing trends, techniques and opportunities
  • Work with a variety of internal stakeholders to develop original and innovative content to improve SEO and increase brand awareness
  • Monitor key metrics and consistently analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives


  • Experience implementing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Marketing experience within employee benefits
  • Strong digital marketing capability with experience of SEO, PPC, paid social and display
  • Experience in building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, email marketing, advertising and events
  • Proficient with analytical tools and measurement of ROI
  • Experience of owning and leading marketing projects from scratch
  • Confident dealing with senior and sometimes highly
  • Enthusiastic, high energy, driven and resilient with a creative yet analytical mindset
  • Ability to react quickly and efficiently to changing priorities and varied requirements
  • Entrepreneurial eye with the ability to think outside the box with a test and learn' approach
