What they need from you:

  • You'll need to have managed large teams within a general insurance setting, ideally within personal lines (100+FTE)
  • You will need to have managed a departmental budget
  • You'll be designing and developing the operating model for the entire customer service function of the business, you must understand the digital journey and be able to implement better ways to work
  • Full understanding of the cost levers of an insurance company and the things that impact profitability
  • You will have driven change and have an in depth understanding of process re engineering
  • People development - you will lead, motivate and inspire
