A Global Financial Services leader is searching for a Head of DC Trust Relationships to lead the relationship management strategy of DC Mastertrust and Own Trust clients, operating in a National capacity. You will lead a team of experienced Client Directors to drive profitable business growth and retention within an existing portfolio, whilst representing the DC team on new business pitches and hosting projects to help develop the proposition.

We are searching for an individual with a wealth of DC Mastertrust market knowledge, who's able to lead both strategy and people development, with a track record of managing and developing relationships within FTSE100/FTSE250.


  • Develop the relationship management strategy for DC Mastertrust and Own Trust clients
  • Drive profitable business growth and retention within existing client portfolio
  • Lead a team of DC trust-focused Client Directors; managing and allocating resource and support and taking the lead in development of the team
  • Liaise with product, operations, client communications and sales teams to aid with proposition development, consult on risks and issues
  • Own personal relationships with trustee boards within Mastertrust and Own Trust clients to enhance growth

What we're searching for:

  • Invested within the workplace pensions marketplace, with a track record within DC Mastertrust and a strong working knowledge of institutional investment products
  • Experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, with time spent within a provider or intermediary
  • Strategic thinker, who's able to work cross-functionally to develop the Mastertrust and Own Trust proposition
  • History of leading client development, owning exec level relationships to embed and enhance existing relations to maximise growth and retention, within corporate-sized clients
  • Commercially driven, with the ability to formulate and deliver cost-effective strategies
  • Able to present to a high-level with trustees and on client-facing meetings
