I'm partnered with a leading Insurer who're in the market for a Head of Sales; if you're someone who thrives on developing people and gets a buzz from seeing their success, have the ability and desire to lead from the front and you're a genuine and personable individual who always acts with complete integrity… this could be the ideal next role for you.

The purpose of the role is to manage, develop and lead a team of field based BDMS to support them in achieving their sales objectives. It's important you have the ability to build senior level relationships with key distribution partners in addition having a detailed knowledge of the Protection product range.

What do you need to be successful?

  • An understanding of the individual protection market
  • Open to both Insurer and Broker background - ideally someone already in a sales role or sales management/leadership
  • Ability to coach, mentor and develop
  • Strong technical ability
  • Able to build rapport and long-lasting business relationships
