Award winning general Insurer are looking to appoint a Head of Sales Performance into their team.

The Company
A financially strong commercial Insurer who provide a range of products and services for the commercial and corporate insurance markets across the UK. The business are a highly dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation with significant growth plans for the coming five years.

The Role
Reporting to a board level Director, you will be responsible for a range of data analysis tools and reports which drive decision making and performance measures for the Insurer at a UK wide level.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Owning the centralised and independent collation of monthly new business and renewal results
  • Own and report on the management of the sales plan across group (monthly and annual basis)
  • Develop the CRM system for the sales division, driving the performance of this by all sales resources
  • Manage the delivery of data and review packs for partner deals

What you will need to succeed
You will need both a strong data/analytical background as well as the ability and desire to take on the required administration of both the sales incentive plan and CRM capability.
Knowledge of insurance is not required but would be an advantage.
Good communication skills and ability to be able to present information in a clear, accurate and insightful way is critical - as most outputs will be primarily for the board level review.
