£20,000-£25,000 dependant on qualifications and application of knowledge

We are currently partnered with a leading financial services company who, due to continued success, have a vacancy for a PA/Financial Services Administrator for their busy Banbury office.

The Company:

Specialising in all aspects of international finance for both private and corporate clients for over Three decades, they have been specialising in discretionary portfolio management, international brokerage or pensions and life contracts, long term care planning, tax planning strategies and international company and trust formation. With vast amounts of in-depth knowledge, they are able to consult associated professional individuals and bodies in the pursuit of providing their clients with the best and most appropriate advice available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Servicing a portfolio of clients within financial services
- Manage all day to day administration tasks
- Follow the technical processes, procedures and controls to ensure the quality and accuracy of all client work
- Build strong working relationships with clients and act as first point of call for any queries
- Work closely with internal colleagues and assist in identifying additional revenue opportunities with existing and new clients

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience of working in Financial Services
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong IT experience in order to work with the necessary IT systems in place
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate use of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and advantage)
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Ability to establish a good rapport with team and with clients
- Excellent planning and organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential

Personal attributes are important, you will be able to converse with clients & team members with comfort and be a team player, technically advanced you will have a real desire to learn, improve and strive for perfection. For this you will be paid a salary of up to £25,000 depending on qualifications and application of knowledge.
