Financial Planning Administrator
upto £30,000

We have been retained by the Financial Planning arm of a national Accountancy business to assist them in their search for an established Sales Support Administrator.

Salary for this role will pay upto £30,000 dependent upon skills and application of knowledge.

New Business Applications
• Ensure that all business is fully compliant and accurate prior to submission (includes
• Money Laundering considerations)
• Check forms, enter data onto our systems. The predominant system is Iress (also known as 1st software/Avelo), in-house software (FileMaker) is also used
• Chase pending applications
• Liaise with the provider to chase any underwriting and update the client and/or consultant every week or as required
• Manage the ‘commission outstanding’ report and use investigative methods to ensure that commissions/fees due to the business are paid in a timely manner
• Work closely with any corporate clients on the administration of their group pension and protection schemes
Client Valuations
• Obtain valuation details from the provider via letter, telephone, email or internet
• Input information from providers onto the database accurately
• Print and check valuation report and accompanying notes
• Prepare comparison quotations
• Prepare and print illustrations and key features and applications as required by the
• Consultant / Paraplanner
Client Correspondence/Post/Filing/scanning
• Telephone enquires – speak to the client in a polite manner and deal with their enquiries efficiently
• Ensure all incoming post is dealt with appropriately, in a timely manner
• File and scan all documentation on a daily basis
Client Servicing
• Deal with any on-going client servicing requests as requested by Consultant/Paraplanner
Preparation of documents for clients meetings
• Liaise with consultants regarding any items required for client meetings
• Observation/application of all internal compliance procedures, including Treating Customers Fairly
