Financial Planning Administrator - Derby - £26,000

Job Purpose

Support Wealth Planners and Paraplanners in winning new clients and assets, and servicing existing clients.
Support the Client Services Manager in ensuring the smooth running of client accounts

Relationships and Context of the Role

Reports to Client Services Manages
No direct reports.
Works with Wealth Planners and Paraplanners
Progression to Senior Administrator or Trainee Paraplanner

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Support Wealth Planners and Paraplanners in implementing Financial Planning advice for new and existing clients
Responsible for own personal development
Adhere to internal service standards
Produce high-quality, accurate client communications and information
Work within appropriate regulatory frameworks and follow appropriate ethical standards within the firm at all times

Demonstrate Competencies

Demonstrate a process-driven approach to administration
Ability to prioritise a busy workload
Ability to operate with high net worth clients
Ability to work as part of a wider team

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

CertPFS or commenced R0 exams
Some Financial Planning administration experience
Experience of back office systems and Wrap platforms
